Reformation Brewery Aug. 11, 2017, 6:30-9 p.m. Blues with Heidi Holton Blues artist Heidi Holton will be performing live at the brewery, while the Cousin’s Maine Lobster food truck will be on-site serving seafood. Details

Edgar’s Proof and Provision Aug. 12, 2017, 5-11 p.m. Harry Potter Pop-Up Before the 8 p.m. showing of “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” at The Fox Theatre, Edgar’s Proof and Provision’s head mixologist, James Wampler, will be serving Butter Beer and other drinks inspired by the series. Price of ticket includes a drink and a movie ticket. Details

Financial ID Studios Aug. 12, 2017, noon-5 p.m. Food and Wine Noir This tasting festival seeks to highlight and celebrate cultural diversity with an expansive roster of culinary talent from across the country. The event will feature a full day of events, including a discussion panel titled “How Chefs of Color Paved the Way”, a chefs-only networking mixer and a “Break Into the Biz” master class, taught by culinary finance and business expert Samantha Banks. Skyline Park Aug. 12, 2017, 7-11 p.m. Rooftop Ros̩ Toast All guests to this rooftop party will receive a free glass of ros̩ for an organized toast at 8 p.m. After the toast, there will be games, dinner at Nine Mile Station and music by Yacht Rock and DJ Mp3PO. The whole event will be filmed by a flying drone. 21+. Details

Oakhurst Village Aug. 12, 2017, 2-9 p.m. Decatur BBQ Blues and Bluegrass Festival Bring the whole family to Decatur for the 17th edition of this annual festival celebrating three of the South’s favorite pastimes: barbecue, beer and bluesy tunes. Local and national blues and bluegrass bands will provide more than seven hours of entertainment on multiple stages. Food and drinks from Georgia pitmasters and New Belgium Brewing will be offered, including some vegetarian options, and proceeds support local Decatur charities. Kids under 12 enter the festival free, and leashed pets are allowed. Parking is available but extremely limited, so take public transportation, walk or bike. Details

Second Self Beer Company Aug. 12, 2017, 1-4 p.m. Pours for Pets This event series supports local breweries and raises money for non-profit, no-kill animal shelters in the Atlanta area. Tickets include a brewery tour and a souvenir glass, and a percentage of profits will benefit Furkids Animal Rescue. There will also be a raffle and merchandise. Details

FlatironCity Aug. 13, 2017, 3-7:30 p.m. PeachFest 2017 Get your peach on! The inaugural Atlanta PeachFest will celebrate Georgia’s agricultural diversity by supporting local produce farmers and businesses. Representatives from Atlanta’s top restaurants, food trucks and breweries will be present to serve peach-based food, desserts and drinks. Featured treats include peach drinks and punch from the Wrecking Bar Brewpub, protein and purity-driven dishes from Pre-Made Paleo and peach-infused BBQ from B’s Cracklin. There will also be a silent auction, with all proceeds benefitting Piggy Bank, a charity focused on protecting heritage breed pigs and local farms. VIP tickets include early admission and exclusive tastings. Details

Table & Main Aug. 13, 2017, 4-10 p.m. Table & Main’s Six Year Anniversary Celebration Cheers to six years! Join Table & Main in their back parking lot on August 13 for a backyard party celebrating Table & Main’s six year anniversary! From 4-10 p.m., guests will enjoy live music and, for a $25 ticket, an all-you-can-eat low country boil prepared by chef Woolery Back and barbecue from Meating Street BBQ’s Brian Keenan. Drink specials will also be available for purchase. Food tickets for the boil are $25 per person and available for purchase at the gate or online. Guests may park at Roswell City Hall (38 Hill St.) and walk over, or wait for a complimentary shuttle provided by the restaurant. Details

West End Community Urban Garden Aug. 13, 2017, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Garden Work Day Jamaican immigrant and tropical gardener “Mama” Haylene Green is looking for volunteers of all skill levels to help out in the West End Community Urban Garden. Volunteers should come prepared with water, snacks and proper gardening attire. Details

Whiskey Blue at W Atlanta - Buckhead Aug. 13, 2017, 1-7 p.m. Corona Electric Beach Presents: Seeb Norwegian electronic music trio Seeb will perform at Whiskey Blue, Buckhead’s signature cocktail and small bite bar.
