Little’s Food Store Oct. 20-21, 2017, 11 p.m. Late Night Taco Pop Up Unfortunately, Illegal Food closed its brick and mortar location in August. Fortunately, this hasn’t stopped them from continuing to pop up around Atlanta. Chef Steven Lingenfelter and crew will be serving up tacos, tortas, and horchata in Cabbagetown until “late’ for night owls looking for a bite to eat. Details

Maggiano’s Little Italy Oct. 20, 2017, 6:30 p.m. October Murder Mystery Dinner Along with a family-style three-course meal, Maggiano’s is serving up mystery, horror and a dash of comedy with this Halloween-inspired event. Sleuths of all ages welcome. Details

Historic Fourth Ward Park Oct. 20, 2017-Oct. 22, 2017 Taste of Atlanta Fill up on bites and sips from Atlanta’s best restaurants at this comprehensive food, beer, and cocktail festival, happening all weekend long at a new location in Historic Fourth Ward Park. Attendees can look forward to a Friday night opening party hosted by Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q followed by two more days of good eats, conversations, and cooking demonstrations. Details

HOBNOB Midtown Oct. 20, 2017, 9 p.m.-1 a.m. Friday Night Blues Head over to HOBNOB for some blues and brews. Local blues band the Wild Hares will play their signature tunes, and Sweetwater Brewery will host a tap takeover. Details

Adair Park Oct. 21, 2017, noon-6 p.m. Porches and Pies Festival Get your pie hole ready for a day full of pie tastings from over 25 baking teams competing for the prize of best pie in the A. This kid-friendly event will also feature live music from Ansley Stewart, Ivory Williams and the Greg Fortune Band while keeping the little ones entertained with face painting, bounce houses, and yoga. Wild Heaven Beer Oct. 21, 2017, 1-3 p.m. BarkHappy Atlanta: Pups N’ Treats Pawty In benefit of Furkids Animal Rescue and Shelters, Decatur’s Wild Heaven Beer is inviting you and your furry friends for a special day at the brewery. Humans of age can grab two beer samples from the bar while their canine counterparts participate in a costume parade and dog-approved cake eating contest. Details

Historic Flat Shoals Farm Oct. 21, 2017, 7 p.m. The Greatest Show In EAV: Gala To Benefit Neighbor In Need Neighbor In Need is hosting a vintage circus-themed gala to help local low-income seniors in need. This gala will feature a vintage circus with tarot card readers, jugglers, and more. Palookaville will be catering and several other local restaurants will do V.I.P catering.
