Police release new evidence in deadly Barcelona robbery

20171130Screenshot/11 AliveAtlanta police just released a new clue in the robbery that left a young Barcelona Wine Bar employee dead, according to 11 Alive.

Police found near Georgia Tech a black hooded sweatshirt emblazoned with a large black ‘88’ on its front. The hoodie is believed to be connected to the robbery in which three men stormed the Howell Mill wine bar, held the employees hostage, and shot and killed one of them before absconding.

“This has been about the worst crime I have seen that was captured by a video or surveillance camera,” Atlanta Police Major Adam Lee said, according to 11 Alive.

Investigators yesterday increased the reward for helpful info from $7,000 to $20,000, hoping the incentive will bring new evidence to light.
