Johann Sebastian Bach’s St. John Passion will be performed by the Cathedral Choir & Schola (Cathedral of St. Philip, Atlanta) and the Atlanta Baroque Orchestra, with a world-class cast of soloists. This is one of the greatest sacred masterworks of all time. Our performance, on baroque-period instruments and by early music specialists, will bring this incredibly dramatic work to life in ways that can only be experienced when it is performed using these authentic instruments and techniques, as Bach himself would have imagined and known them.
