Welcome to the start of a brand-new week filled with possibilities and opportunities for growth. Today, let’s embrace the power of mindfulness and set the tone for a calm, focused, and positive week ahead.
We will utilize yoga, breathwork, and mindful eating to bring awareness to the present moment and start the week off with a sense of clarity and intention.
YOGA - Beginner friendly with variations for different levels. Have a mat, blanket, or towel and any props to make you more comfortable like pillows, chairs and blankets.
By incorporating mindfulness into our Mondays, we can cultivate a mindset that supports our well-being and enhances our overall productivity.
