A night paying honor to MADHOUSE. The always prolific Prince needed a musical outlet during the height of the Purple Rain hysteria so he recorded hours worth of jazz music with his only help coming from Eric Leeds (sax & flute). Warner Brothers wouldn’t allow him to release the music as Prince so he created the fictitious ‘band’ MADHOUSE, three masterpiece albums later.
